Study of protein-DNA, protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions by time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence corrlation spectroscopy, fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy and multiphoton microscopy. Applications of two-photon absorption photoactivitables probesat the cellular and tissue levels.
