Fabrication of Multi-dimensional photonic crystal based on LOPA technique (Low One-Photon Absorption) successfully demonstrated a new alternative approach for Submicro- and Nano-Fabrication other than TPA. This LOPA will permit deep advances for many applications of the Nanomaterial Technology.
