Phase in femtosecond pulses - coherent control

In this talk I will present some aspects of a phase manipulation of femtosecond pulses, together practical aspects of phase management.
Especially I will present results of coherent control of second harmonic generation and dark pulses analogous to the dark states in atoms. New results will be presented on enhancement of SHG in nanoKTP crystals using ultrashort pulses.
